Pumori companies graduate to the new version of Salaries and Personnel Management databases

The IT specialists have switched the Salaries and Personnel Management operational databases of all Pumori Corporation’s member companies from version 2.5 to 3.1. Version 3.1 of the Salaries and Personnel Management configuration is sequel to version 2.5. The switch has taken quite a long time — half a year — because each company has its own database, and each has its peculiar features.

The necessity of the switch to the new version was determined by several factors; the main was that the 1C developing company had discontinued support of version 2.5.  On the other hand, the new version, unlike the previous one, enables correct generation of the 6 NDFL form. The personal income tax accounting has been simplified and modified according to the requirements of the Federal Tax Service; new documents and reports needed by accountants have been added. Another important factor is use of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform, which, in turn, enables a new feature — support of the new “Taxi” interface characterized by:

– a modern interface design,
– workspace maximization on monitors with various resolutions,
– a large-sized font,
– easy navigability,
– possibility to construct one's own workspace.

Synchronization has been set up with the information base of the Pumori corporate centre and the accounting databases of the companies.
